Commercial and contract projects

As well as offering a service in the residential sector, a substantial amount of the work we carry out is through commercial and contact projects.

Many of the developers responsible for the commercial projects we have completed have chosen to use products such as Amtico and Karndean to create a professional setting in which they feel fits with their working ideals. Using such products also provides an opportunity to design motifs or logos to create interest and focal points for a business. (A recent project completed this year was for the Beauty Temple, Nottingham)

We also have contract work in the Nottinghamshire area for clients such as Nottingham University, Subway and for Framework Housing Association. The flooring we use on these types of projects caters for more heavy-duty environments. For example, Polyflor and Rawson carpets proved ideal materials for a 38 flat apartment block for Framework Housing Association.
